Re: SmartfoxServer Websocket useWSBinaryProtocol Cannot found
Hi,
it's not possible, the text-based websocket protocol is no longer supported in SFS2X 2.14.
In your case I would recommend to keep using the previous version.
Cheers

is there any other text-based websocket protocol that I can use instead? Or something similar in the new version

hi there
Re: SmartfoxServer Websocket useWSBinaryProtocol Cannot found
No. Text-based websocket protocol was initially introduce (many years ago) when binary WS was still not entirely compatible across different browsers. These days every browser supports binary so there's no good reason to support a less efficient protocol.
I'd recommend switching, as all it takes is just replacing the client side API with a more recent version.
Cheers
