SmartfoxServer Websocket useWSBinaryProtocol Cannot found

I have a old project, use text protocol with websocket.
when i update v2.14, i dont found useWSBinaryProtocol in websocket tab.

it is visible on v2.13, please help me ,
how disable useWSBinaryProtocol on websocket!

Hi,
it's not possible, the text-based websocket protocol is no longer supported in SFS2X 2.14.
In your case I would recommend to keep using the previous version.

is there any other text-based websocket protocol that I can use instead? Or something similar in the new version

No. Text-based websocket protocol was initially introduce (many years ago) when binary WS was still not entirely compatible across different browsers. These days every browser supports binary so there's no good reason to support a less efficient protocol.

I'd recommend switching, as all it takes is just replacing the client side API with a more recent version.
