DbManager error during command execution

Hi,

I don't know what's wrong with the dbmanager. Sometimes it works and then this error:

2011/10/02 10:02:09.516 - [ SEVERE ] [id: 14] (DbManager.executeCommand): DbManager error during command execution: INSERT INTO avatar(`avatar_name`,`pos_x`,`pos_y`) VALUES('Dennis',8,10)


Hope you can help me figure it out.

I would try pasting that query directly into the database itself. Maybe it is a case of 'duplicate' avatar name.
