Coding Tile Based Game..

Hello there, I have made a tile game with rotating avatars and pathfinding. The only problem I'm having is with uVars for making the avatar move on everyones screens. I have linked my game up with avatarChat but I'm having trouble with that one problem.

I'm making a game like Habbo Hotel.

I know this is not the kinda place to post this because it's related to Flash but I really do need some help and I know I'll find someone on here who can help me!

Macromedia Flash 8 Pro,
Action Script 2.
