User Got disconnected

Hi Lapo,

During our regular testing period, we came across an unexpected situation -

1) User A was connected to the SFS through BlueBox on a local area network.
2) In the middle of the game, user A got disconnected even though there was no disruption of the network
3) On investigation on the server side, we got the following debug messages -

INFO: [ZoneManager] :Scheduled Task Executed: Number of OnlineUsers: 2

I failed to make sense of the message as well as the reason behind the user disconnect.

This issue assumes significance since lot many users have complained about disconnection issue in our production environment.

It would be great if you can share some insight about it as it has affected our game numbers in recent times.

It seems that Users are disconnected because they are idle.
What are the settings?
And what is the value of <MaxIdleTime> and <MaxIdleSocketTime> in the server config?
