Still in demo-mode after purchase / install

My developer reports that BlueBox is still reporting that it's in demo mode even though he thinks he did everything right...

I'm wondering if we used two different company names for the PRO and BLUE-BOX purchase -- would that make a difference?

If not, any other ideas?
