Blue Box unable to connect

i installed smartfoxserver in my remote system (i.e where i hosted my website) and when i want to play a flash game(Multiplayer game using smartfox) from my website it is unable to connect when i am behind firewall. if i am not behind firewall i am able to connect.
i checked whether Bluebox is running or not using admin tool
it is saying server running
And in jetty.xml the port no is configured to 8080
but still i am unable to connect
please specify the changes to be done to the server so that i can connect to the server even behind firewall.
i have access to remote desktop my server

The BlueBox should be running on port 80 or 443 for the best results.
