Can you report your current port settings for SFS and BlueBox?
The BlueBox by default works on port 8080, but it should be running on port 80 for optimal results. (We don't set it to port 80 by default for a good number of reasons)

If your firewall blocks port 8080 then you won't ever connect.
Make sure you fully understand how the BlueBox works and what are the best settings and try again.
