It looks like the HTTP server isn't running. Can you please check on the AdminTool, in the BueBox Monitor, if it is running?

What is your problem? The socket connection not working, or the BlueBox error you reported?
If the client can't connect to the server in the standard way (socket connection), it switches to BlueBox (which requires the internal jetty web server to be running, as rjgtav pointed out).
So I believe first of all you have to investigate why your client is not able to connect via socket. Usually this is a firewall problem.
