Is there a way to intercept objects sent?
When an object is sent from a client, is it possible to see it from an extension?
I am not sure if I understand your question.
When the client sends some data to an extension the extension will receive it. If the request was not meant for an extension you won't be able to see it.
However the server provides essential events that notify your server side code about Rooms being created/destroyed, Users entering/leaving Rooms and so forth.
