UDP Initialization Failed

Postby seshu455 » 06 Oct 2015, 07:48

I'm working with SFS Java API, and try to use the UDP for communication. I have gone through the procedure for UDP communication from the docs.
This is the following procedure used for making the UDP Initialization.

Server Changes :
----------------------
1. From the Smartfoxserver admin panel enabled the port 9933 for the UDP.
2. Opened up the 9933 for UDP in the Firewall settings.

Client Changes :
---------------------
1. Connection to the Smartfox is made.
2. Then Successfully Logged Into the Zone.
3. After Logged Into the Zone made the initUdp(udpHost, udpPort) call by passing the host and port.
4. After a while it is getting the UDP_INIT event call back with event.getArguments().get("success") as false.

It is not returning the failure error also to trace the error.

We are using the SFS2X_windows-x64_2_9_0, on the Client we are SFS Java API with Version: 1.6.0 .
Please help us to resolve this issue as we stuck in the middle.

Thank you..
