Why the fps demo get obvious movment lag?

I downloaded the fps demo and ran 2 clients on the same machine(so like LAN),but i can see the obvious remote player movment lag(lag on both side,my pc is good enough so has nothing to do with computer),why does this happen? i check the source code,seem transform interpolation exists,so i am confused!!!

In unity3d official network(which using built in network) demo all look smooth,does this use a better interpolation or what? Thanks for hints!!

never mind , i forgot to use the sync to VBL
