RARE WIFI CONNECTION ISSUE

Hello,
We are receiving negative feedback from a few people that they cannot connect to our server from their home wifi, even if their wifi is stable and they are able to play other multiplayer games, also they can connect to our server from any other wifi connection.
Is it possible to track the cause of this problem, how can we help those users?

Using:
Unity 2017.2.0f3
SmartFoxServer 2X 2.13.0
C# API 1.7.5

Hi,
unfortunately no idea. The info is just too vague, sorry.
For starters wifi typically only refers to the connection between the device(s) and the local router, which is hardly ever the problem. Problems (lag, congestion etc...) arise over the internet, i.e. after the wifi section of the network.

Maybe these few players are located in a country that is far away from where the server is hosted?

You should ask more questions, such as if they run a firewall, what connection error do they get (if they can see it), how long does it take before the error shows up? What device they are using etc...
