hey guys
For a long time now, i needed something like a server side ai or at least a way to read unitys scene geometry to place enemys correctly...
I thought it would be too hard but a few weeks ago i wrote a simple export script for unitys terrains which saves and loads terrain heights...
Its a nice backup utility but the main reason why i wrote it was to read it in on the server side...
So i wrote a reader class which stores the vars of the heightgrid in a 2D array and created a simple void that rounds the position to integers and sets the y coordinate from the array
So what i want to tell you guys and what i am asking you for:
I need someone who can help me inegrate a pathfinding algorithm (probably a*) and set the y coordinate correctly...
When these 2 things are done we might release it to the community (for free...?)
