is there any AS3 chat example on flash cs

please am as3 developer i have a problem with the examples that comes with smartfoxserver coz most of it as2 and the others is .mxmx files that i cant open in flash cs helppp plezzzzz

You can still open the source files with any editor and study the Actionscript code. Using SFS2X under Flex or Flash is exactly the same thing, so you can apply the same code and concepts under Flash.

All the other differences are related to the user interface.

We'll try to add more Flash based example in the next release.
