getRoomLabel & getUserLabel

I've used these two functions just as in the SimpleChat example, but when I run my application my list are not affected. It honestly doesn't even make sense that the list in the examples work because these functions are never called. How is this possible? Sorry if this has already been discussed.

Check the labelFunction properties of the rooms and users lists in the example. They use the two methods you mentioned.
