Uservariable updating issue

Hello All,

I am new to SFS(using sfs2x).I had stucked with the user variable update event.
In my app,i have creating a room dynamicaly and enters 2-4 users say user A,B,C and D. each users are logged in separate swf and every one can see each other.My issue is, some times, A change his/her user variable and it will update in all other swfs but B doesn't!!! I have no idea what may be the exact reson.Please help me..
