hi, does sfs 2x support h2 database?

If by supports you mean if it provides it out of the box, the answer is no.
We have decided to avoid it, this time. The advantages of an embedded DB are not so many and many customers still prefer (understandably) to use their favorite DB.

You can easily download the H2DB by yourself and integrate it in a snap your code if you need it.
We have simplified the Driver installation to a single step. You just drop the database driver .jar file in the lib/ folder and you're done :)

k thx. so its like the 1.x (to update a driver you only need to replace the .jar file in the lib folder)

No, in SFS 1.x you had to add the file and then add a reference to the classpath or you had to copy the file into a JRE specific folder.

Now you don't need to mess with the JRE or classpath, you just drop the driver in the lib/ folder and the server will recognize it on startup.
