Issues uploading files

We are having issues with some users. They can't upload files. Every player we contacted confirmed they were connected via cell phone data. We are not sure if 100% of the cases are via cell phone data but it is likely.
Down below is a snippet of the http access log. I can't find more info in the logs.
Need help.

Hi,
I would recommend checking the smartox.log files instead, where you should find more details about upload errors.
What server version are you running?
Also can you reproduce the problem from your end?

There's nothing in the smartox.log related to those events.
We are running sfs2x v2.16.0
We are not able to reproduce the error. I now is complicated to know what might be the problem without reproducing the issue. That's why our first step was to find more logged data. But theres nothing in the smartox.log file about this issue.

If you can't reproduce it yourself it might be an issue from the client side connection. Maybe the connection gets interrupted at some point during the transfer, which is not something you would have control over.
