Our license suddenly got disconnected from our server, IP is the same as registered.
Tried reloading on admin it doesn't work.
I disconnected from SFS License tool and then tried reloading it from our server, it doesn't work.
How can I reload the license without restarting the server?

please check the log files for details. You should find specific errors related to reloading the license.
Then get in touch with us via our support@... email box and send us the details.

I dont see any errors in smartfox.log.
What am i looking for? any key words I could use to search?

I had to kill the server thus kicking everyone offline, we can't have the ccu limited to 100 =(

Check the server logs when the server boots up. Does it acquire the license? If not there will be an error logged.
Also you said you tried reloading the license from AdminTool. At the time you did it you will see several message in the log files, such as:
Or error messages, if it failed.

The logs should report the cause why the license was reverted to 100 CCU. Searching for "license" you should find a log entry reporting an error code.
