What is causing these errors and how do I fix it?

Hey all, a bit new to SFX but one problem I have consistently had when launching the sfs2x standalone is these errors populate. I have reinstalled everything and they still persist, any assistance would be greatly appreciated. (Images attached)

Hi,
these are not errors (as it can be seen from the related log level). They are just logs from the Tomcat startup sequence.
