Losing lots of users in short time

Hi,

we are having user disconnection problem. I am trying to collect as much information as possible to find the reason. I can not find the problem.

I will send the logs. we have regular smartfox log and also I made smartfox write logs to another separate file too. so we might find the reason. We have a taskscheduler which runs every seconds and writes user counts to db as well as in log file I am sending them to you.

there thread stops at 15:34:58,920

and continues at 15:35:19,028

SmartFox version 2.13.7

you can see that in our normal smartfox.log too. Between same time period lots of users get disconnected I write logs like this -> Between now and last connection test diff : 1360 so they are not idle

If you have any idea what might cause this. Could you share with us?
