Log Analysis no Data

Hi all,
I am using SFS2X version 2.13.
In tab Analysis display as screenshot:

I tried to press "Start Analysis" and without "Rebuild data"checked. However, "Latest processed log entry" was "01/01/1970 8:00:00.0".It did not seem to work.
Please help me! Thanks

You should check the logs for possible errors in the logs analysis process.
The relevant logs are logs/smartfox.log and logs/statsParser.log. In particular the second one is the one written during the process.
Can you please check both and report any issue you may find?
