Extension request refused causes threads to sky rocket

Hey !

Everytime a player manages it to send extension requests while being disconnected, the server receives those requests and throws exception.
Somehow i noticed that the thread processes also increase...

Thats a big problem... A few minutes ago one single player managed to increase the active thread processes from 42 to about 154... this caused massive lags and somehow broke the whole server... people are complaining about this !

Is there a way to stop smartfoxserver from spawning in processes while a extension request refused is noticed ?

Everytime a player manages it to send extension requests while being disconnected, the server receives those requests and throws exception.

For starters... how can someone be disconnected and sending extension requests?!
Can you please better explain what you're doing and report exactly what exceptions you're seeing?
Also it would help to specify which version of SFS2X you're using and what client platform and API version is used on the client side.
