Time to login

What is the maximum time from connection to login attempt, and is this a setting that can be set somewhere?

Hi,
by default it is 20 seconds, and it can be changed via AdminTool > Server Settings > General
The setting is called "Session maximum idle time".

Thanks Lapo, now is the timeout between Connection and Login the same as the timeout from login to any other form of session timeout?

No,
there's another setting called "User maximum idle time" which determines how long a logged-in player can be connected without interacting with the server. When the time is over the user will be auto-disconnected.

Every Zone has its custom setting and you can change it via Admin Tool > Zone Configurator > General
