Smartfox 2.9.0 : Error when run from bat file
Re: Smartfox 2.9.0 : Error when run from bat file
Hi,
thanks for reporting. I tested under Windows 8 and I see a similar log with a number of warnings.
I suspect this has something to do with the initial file-scan that the internal HTTP Server (Jetty) does at boot-time.
It should be of no concern, it is only a "boot thing" and it doesn't affect the functionality of the server
Additionally if you run the sfs2x-standalone executable the problem doesn't manifest, so I'd recommend using that.
Cheers

Thank you ! I want to run from bat file to debug server code.
Ah, I also found out that the file config for jetty server disappeared in this new version. How do I change port for jetty server ?
Re: Smartfox 2.9.0 : Error when run from bat file
No problems with debugging, you can use the start.bat and ignore the errors.
You can use the AdminTool > ServerConfigurator to setup the HTTP Server.
Code: Select all
