When I go to zone monitor, and click my zone with users; and then click Monitor zone.
I get prompted with "No instance called 'trafic' is defined"
Please NOTE that i'm click on zone which has usesr; meaning i can see number in parenthesis after zone name. For example: ZoneName(n): Where n is greater than 1
I cannot get it to work easily.
Sometimes, I never get prompted; however, most of the time, Neither i can do my live testing because of this issue. Nor can manually load the extension.

Can you please report the SFS2X version you are using?

Re: No instance called 'traffic' is defined
Old post, but the same exact problem. I'm using SFS2X v2.7. I just removed a zone because I'm having issues getting it to recognize the extension jar update and when I added it back in and try to monitor it, I get this same error. The zone is working, I'm able to connect to it, use it and I can see it being used in the logs, but the admin tool triggers this error when I try to monitor it.
Also, I am able to modify it via the Zone Configurator.

Re: No instance called 'traffic' is defined
Try fully clearing the browser's cache and retry. Chances are your browser is not loading the new AdminTool and instead it is using the old one from its cache.
Thanks
Thanks
Re: No instance called 'traffic' is defined
No go. Even tried Google Chrome Incognito mode (no cache), still getting the same error. Now on both zones, since I had to re-activate another zone just now.
Re: No instance called 'traffic' is defined
It definitely seems to be tied to reactivated/adding zones. I'm able to monitor the rooms in the zone successfully, just not the zone itself. Seems like it's outside the AdminTool, perhaps a config setting in the zone someplace?
Re: No instance called 'traffic' is defined
It shouldn't really.
My suggestion is to try installing another copy of the server anew and test it. It should work without problems. If so you might want to migrate your settings and extensions to the new installation and get rid of the old one.

Re: No instance called 'traffic' is defined
I'm getting the same error, after just installing / running the latest SFS2x
What does that message mean ?
.. Or what does the server "think" it means ?

Did you migrate an existing server or zone configuration?

Re: No instance called 'traffic' is defined
I've fixed the problem.
It seems it is caused by incorrect zone configuration data / real file system path mismatches.
I was creating / deleting zones, moving / deleting directories, in a somewhat 'un-organized' fashion
When I got everything sync'd up, the message disapeared, and the zone monitor now works.
I guess ?? multiple things might possibly cause the 'No traffic ....' msg to fire, but it is not a very user friendly / helpful msg.
Heh, at least it's in english, unlike IBM's mainframe msgs which are just numeric

Did you move the server configuration from a previous SFS2X installation? This could be the cause.
Don't do it. Just use the default configuration and make changes to it using the Admin Tool.
