Avatar sit down and lay down

Hi
I have a room that can let user adding furniture i.e chair, bed, table etc..
Is it possible made the avatar sit on the chair or lay down on bed when user click on it?

It is possible if you use a mix of avatar teleporting on a non-walkable tile (the one with the chair on it) and avatar state modification (to show the proper graphics).
