How install on a remote server?

what do you mean exactly? If SFS can be installed on a server where Tomcat is installed? Then my answer would be ABSOLUTELY YES.

There's really no problem as the software use completely different tcp ports...

No, the aministrator would to know if tomcat can execute smartfoxserver... :roll:

The admin question doesn't not have any sense!! :shock:

SmartFoxServer is a java application. Period!

Therefore the only requirement is the java runtime!
