I am running Flash MX2004 and I have dloaded and installed the Pro Demo version. I have installed the API into the extension manager but all the examples throw errors when I try and run them. I have followed the sticky and now they all work.
Question: Is there any fix for using the extension manager?

we have found occasional problems when updating the API with the Macromedia Extension Manager.
However we never experienced problems when just installing them.
- Are you sure the extension is activated?
- Did you close Flash before installing them?
- Do you by chance have another version of Flash installed?
One of the most annoying problems with the Ext Manager is that it usually does not handle multiple versions of the same software very well
