Banned list did not convert across to SFS 1.6.0

Banned list did not convert across to SFS 1.6.0

I backed up my bannedUsers.sfs file and copied it across to the new SFS 1.6.0 folder after installing and restarted and the banned users list did not copy across to the new server.

Any suggestions?

On further testing, when I copy my backedup version of the bannedUsers file to my server and view this file I can see a list of usernames, etc.

When I launch the AdminTool then view the banner user list it is blank. Then when I go back to my server and view the bannedUsers file all these usernames are gone.

It appears as though the AdminTool is deleting the contents of the bannedUsers file.
