HELP :- Smartfox getting stuck

Hi,
Smartfox is getting stuck in a strange way. What happens is

a) Smartfox is started. Server starts normally with no error. Web server is enabled as we use Jetty for certain tasks.

b) Flash client is able to login successfully but after that nothing happens. From the behavior it seems client is not able to send the messages to the server or server is not responding to the messages. Socket connection is mantained as no disconnect event is recieved.

Even the smartfox admin tool behaves in the same way it logins successfully but no data is shown.

Also what happened is after few trial and errors server was started successfully but after running successfully for 2 days it moved into the same state described in b.

What is strange is after server was stuck server side extensions were working properly (entries into the database were done fine but client were not able to communicate properly) .

The difficult part is there are no error logs on the server so we dont know what the fault is .

Please help and guide how this problem can be debugged and fixed .

when you login if you look in the cmd box does it say anything in there?

login process is completed successfully. after then getting stuck.

Maybe the connection to the server failed? I mean, the server got offline for sometime. Did you try connecting to the server from the same machine where the server is running?

Try grabbing a thread dump when the server is non responsive and report it here.

Also we need more details: server version, jvm version, OS type etc.
