chat boubble closes too quickley

hello
im having troubble with chat bubble ive set my disired time for it to dissapear but if ive been on the game for more then 2 minutes when i or anyone else messages the chat boubble will show only for 2 seconds then dissapear,, im finding it very annoying when i refresh and talk it works by the desired time after 2 minutes it will disspear after 2 seconds
