Sometimes, players can not be kicked from code or from admin.
I see "Kicking user..." from smartfox log, but it doesn't close the connection.

Why is that?

Yes, SSL Cert has been deployed. Encryption login is enabled. I am looking at the logs everyday now and I see this same error multiple times everyday from different ips. Havn't had any reports of connection issue, but have had reports of crashing on login which I am not sure if it is related to this...

Youre right, it seems it did run out of memory from the kernal log. But it killed mysqld and not sfs. Could killing mysqld cause SFS to reboot?

This is very strange because it should not have ran out of memory.
Is there a way to debug this?

The sfs instance restarted by itself.

Yes, I've checked smartfox.log as well as my other log files, no exception, no fatal/errors.

The server also crashed yesterday, I dont see any errors in the log.

What could cause the server to crash?? This is the first time it happened in half a year.

ok, we successfully migrated the project to 2018.3 and Android 4.4 SSL works.

I just downloaded the latest version of Unity 2018 and can confirmed that cryto connection is working on 4.4 (emulator).

It wasn't working with 2017.4, but 2018.3 does.
I used a test script, it wasn't the full project. Will update ticket again once we migration our full project to 2018.

Unless they change something significantly, i will save you some time and tell you, that it will not work. We had same issue year or two before and i think it is related to the fact, that android (until 5) does not have TLS 1.2 enabled by default. Which version of Unity are you using? Newer than 20...
