who knows?! :P
Actually it's one of those things that is not very easy to foresee... it depends on how quickly the message goes to the client, while the connection is being interrupted.
It's highly probable that the message will arrive, if the disconnection happens *after* the message was sent.

I would need to check the source however. If you want you can send me a PM or an email and we'll check what's ...

Would a zone extension mean requests from clients are stacked in the same (zone) queue, and hence could take time to be processed as compared to seperate room zones that just have their own requests stored in the queue? No, don't worry about this. A Zone Level extensions is the optimal way to go in...

When the server disconnects, what happens then? Does it just go back to label "connect"? Where do I change this if I would like to? When the server disconnects the client is notified and the onConnectionLost event is fired. You can handle that event in Flash and perform whatever action is...

sure, problems with the configuration on the remote machine :)

Are you sure you're running the same exact setup both locally and remotely?
I'd suggest to inspect the two config.xml accurately

Sean, all our basic examples (Avatar chat, Advanced chat, SmartFoxTris etc...) update the user count in real time, using the onUserCountChange event handler.

Just take your time with the tutorials related with those examples

You need to send the userId from the server side to the client.
While this is automated for the default login procedure, if you implement your own you should send all the necessary data to the client.

Check this post. We already discussed it.

No we don't have such programs.
Updates are free for all our clients, and you can upgrade your licence by simply paying the difference.
We also offer direct support (mail / IM etc...) to all our clients and we can provide discounts for 3 or more SFS unlimited licenses.
