Re: Many dropped packets!
Thank you very much for helping me! :) As I have already said, the problem of Users being so slow that cannot keep up, is a known reality over the internet but it is also a rare occurrence. Yes, I understand that. Another question. I can determine that the user has a bad internet? Then I would have ...

Re: Many dropped packets!
1) You said moves are sent via UDP protocol, therefore they don't count in the packet queue . The packet queue is used exclusively for TCP messages. This means that UDP packets will not grow the packet queue. That is good. If the queue is full TCP - smartfoks pass UDP packets to unload the feed? Mo...

Re: Many dropped packets!
Please answer: (
The situation is as follows: one has a bad internet - those lost packets.
I want to adjust the losses send at losses, and which are not.
Moving - can be lost. The spawn of players - can not lose.

Re: Many dropped packets!
I am sorry it is not possible. Why not? The system also still knows how many packets are in the queue at a specific user. Please do so you can get that number. This would solve a lot of problems with data loss. In addition, the system is already doing this, by discarding non high priority packets w...

For example, is it possible to connect NVIDIA PhysX and SFS?

Re: Many dropped packets!
Hi! May I know the size of the queue of outgoing messages for a particular user? The main idea is: Check the queue for a single user. If the queue is almost full, then stop sending unwanted packets for the user. When the queue is cleared for this user - to continue to send all messages. Then you can...

One or more connections to the database?
Hi! Which option should I use? 1) In the main class room to create a single connection to the database, and all requests sent through it. 2) For each call to the database to create a new connection. I use the second option. Access to the database is long. Maybe it's because every time I create a new...

Online now no more 60-100. Now this is normal. Then change to the database server to the more powerful.
