I've already did that. That didn't work out. I finally figured out that in the config.xml file, instead of using the real IP address for the server, I need to use 127.0.0.1. That seems odd to me, but that solved the problem.

BlueBox server license
Hi,
We have the unlimited license for SmartFoxServer Pro. Do you also get unlimited users free license for BlueBox, or just 20 free licenses? If only 20 free, how can we get unlimited?
Thanks,
Yu

It's weird
Hi, Here is the weird thing I found about this. If the BlueBox port is something else other than 80, for example use default 8080, then Firefox works fine. But if you use port 80 for BlueBox, the flash client is not even make any request to the server when the xmlsocket connection is failed. I guess...

Found something
Hello Yu, it would be great if you could send us the SFS log files so we can better see what is happening. You can zip them and send them via email. We'll take a look asap. Thanks I looked at the log files, nothing was abnormal. But after I changed the default httpPollSpeed from 750 to 500 or lower...

BlueBox is not working
Hi, We are using SmartfoxServer for our online kids virtual world game. One of biggest issue is the firewall issue since most of the big corporations and education institutions have strict firewall settings, so they couldn't access our game. So I tried out this BlueBox thing, which seems promising, ...

Buddy List Feature
Hi, I am using smartfox server to implement a "walking/talking" application using flash. We want to have a buddy list feature. After a user logs in (or even before login, I don't know if possible), he sees all the zones on the server. He can choose which zone to go. My question is: can we ...

Hi Lapo, Thanks so much for your quick response! Yes, I can log all the messages from all zones/rooms in one log file using the server extension. But I was wondering if the moderator can login to the server once and see all the messages coming and going in REAL TIME in one flash interface? Thanks ag...
