can any other normal user can add npc users in there buddylist? If yes, then how to do it??

ya i am doing the same in client side onaddbuddy request i use sendxtmessage to server but what next i dont know how to reponse to that buddy request automatically from server means accepting or rejecting the buddyrequest.

Actually i know about the send response method. But system is like i am using npc users so the request like addbuddy from client will not be automatically responded by npc users. so i have to repond to the request of behalf of npc user from server.
