Hi,
I'm trying to follow the QuickGuide for Silverlight Sample Chat.
In the command prompt, i type the following command :
It returns me an "IO Exception : Unrecognized Windows Sockets error: 0: JVM_Bind.
Can you help me to solve this problem ?
