our config doesnt have maxSpect="0" in <Room .... isGame="true" maxSpect="0" ... /> . but if we dont give anything, shouldnt it be taken as 0 by default?

Yes. It occurs most of the times when the user is in blue box mode. How can the ip address be tracked now ?

No, it doesnt happen with all the users. It happens sometimes. Does this happen if user connects through bluebox? . i cant verify it as i dont track user connections history.
