You must have screwed something up doing your conversion.

I just set up a test server, and while I have some issues with demos 1 and 3, the Island demo works fine for me.

I tested with 16 connections yesterday.

I'm not sure if it's related to the issues I am having with some of the UNity/Smartfix demos I posted in another thread though.

Try starting SmartFox using the console command: ./sfs console This will output all the logs on screen and you'll be able to see what's wrong.
