Re: HRC issue
Okay, I took some more time this week to investigate my issue and finally found the cause of most of the users disconnexions. Actually, it was down to a "bug" in the http tunnelling on the client side and not related to HRC+ directly (I still hope for some kind of client forced transparent...

Re: HRC issue
Of course. The mail will be in your inbox soon.
But you should be able to reproduce easily by doing what i did in my first post: disable network, wait till client starts trying to reconnect, reenable network.

Re: HRC issue
Hi, Just a quick follow up: Indeed, all the users I have been able to contact have told me they experience the issue when they are behind a proxy (I only got one answer on proxy name: "bluecoat"). Until a better fix, I was wondering if it would work better (for thoses users) if they are fo...

Re: HRC issue
They are most likely behing a firewall/proxy from what they tells me. I must clarify that I dont see 1840 over 10k visits. I have many more logins per day than 10k :-) The server is running on a dedicated high instance of amazon EC2 with plenty of everything. It's definitely not 20% but still it's q...

Re: HRC issue
Hi, Thanks lapo for answering. I understand that the server did not catch the actual disconnection and is "surprised" to see that the client is trying to re-connect, rejecting it causing a connexion lost on the client. Still, I actually have a lot of players experimenting disconnection usi...

Re: HRC issue
I have read the doc. It said that it might not be detected but it is, plus it seems like a probable scenario on mobile (losing the 3g completely and coming back). I have a lot of players reporting issues of disconnection reason "unknown" and i dont know what to do, i'm still investigating ...

HRC issue
Hi, Running the latest smarfoxserver 2X and my userReconnectionSeconds during the tests is 300 (to be sure). I'm having trouble with the HRC system. I have read the other posts on the forum and I cant find a solution to my problem. Scenario: - User connect - I shutdown the connexion (on my mac, usin...

Re: Potential bug when HRC is enabled
Oh yeah I understand that workaround should work. But do I really have to do that? I mean, I have setup quite a few listeners on the Smartfox object. Since my last message, I "fixed" the issue by checking in my connection resume listener if the "myself" exist on the smartfox obje...

Potential bug when HRC is enabled
Hi, I've recently activated HRC on my server and I'm noticing a strange behavior. Maybe it's expected but I'm not sure. Note that I'm running the latest server and client code (as3). When the connexion is lost, the client start to try reconnecting, if it fail after the HRC delay, I received "co...

Re: SFS2x 2.2.0 GhostHunter NPE
2.4.0, still having the issue.
Will upgrade to 2.5.0 and see how it goes.
Could this be related to a unusually high number of packet dropped?

Re: Duplicate invitations
Hi, I'm trying to do the exact same thing as the original poster: user A create a private room inviting user B, call getApi().joinRoom(thejustcreatedroom) and add B to the list of invited users. as he said, the server require at least the number of "minplayers" in the invite list, even if ...
