yes I was looking in the wrong place, I was in the Zone configuration section of the admin tool instead of the Zone monitor.
It all makes sense now and it is working

I am trying to create room names that use the names of countries but I am hitting limitation where the name of the room can not be more than 10 char.
Anyway that this could be increased ?
