Ok, so it is confirmed it is an UDP issue, but not a SFS UDP issue.

Apple reviewers are blocking UDP connections.

Our client no longer init UDP, but the following is still shown with apple reviews:
Client already UDP inited (2 times)

Why is UDP still being initialized? Is there a server setting that forces client to init UDP?

The InitUDP call will return a success/failure boolean. Don't you report this to the User? In other words, if the client fails to initialize the UDP channel, don't you give an error with some details to the client? Yes, it is their login 100%. The logic is fine, the client has been in production for half a year on Android with active users. They just say the game won't connect with wifi. We don't know what exactly the problem or error is as we can't reproduce it at all. We can only speculate and guess what the...

Ok this is a problem then. The game is getting rejected by Apple because Apple can not login. The only log I have with apple trying to connect to the server are those. I had to kill the server thus kicking everyone offline, we can't have the ccu limited to 100 =(

Lincense Disconnected

Our license suddenly got disconnected from our server, IP is the same as registered.

Tried reloading on admin it doesn't work.
I disconnected from SFS License tool and then tried reloading it from our server, it doesn't work.

How can I reload the license without restarting the server?

Disrupted WIFI connection by turning off WIFI and then turning it back on.

TCP calls works once WIFI is back on, but all UDP calls were missing.

I just found another issue regarding UDP.

If user disconnects and reconnects, all UDP calls will be broken as well. I am assuming the client's UDP got recycled during the reconnect?
How can this case be fixed?

Can you give us more details? 100% packets missing after the initial initUDP call? Or after a certain amount of activity? Are there long pauses during which the client is not sending or receiving any UDP packets? If that's the case it could be a matter of adding a small keep alive call between clie...

We are experiencing 100% UDP packet missing issue. SFS2.15. This does not happen all the time, but from time to time, the session's UDP packets will not be received by client. No errors observed on either side. Don't know how to reproduce or under what condition this issue happens. TCP packets works...
