handleSocketData und * können nicht angeglichen werden o.

Postby Haniman » 19 Nov 2010, 18:39

Good evening,

I get a strange Error while connecting to the Server

Code: Select all

VerifyError: Error #1068: it.gotoandplay.smartfoxserver::SmartFoxClient/handleSocketData und * können nicht

angeglichen werden.

   at it.gotoandplay.smartfoxserver::SmartFoxClient/handleSocketData()

The translation is "SmartFoxClient/handleSocketData and * cant be compared". Dont know what that might mean.

Does anyone have an idea whats the problem here? I cant connect to the Server, so its kind of a big Problem for me :-/

I am using the standard Connector Bit, Windows Vista, Firefox and Flash player 10,0,12,36.

for ActionScript 3 (Flex only) -FREE-

Actually there isn't a new version. That seems to be some kind of bug in the Flash Player. In fact the error isn't thrown by one of the SmartFoxBits, but by the inner SmartFoxClient instance. This seems to be some sort of cast problem that has never been reported before.

Is there anything i can do?
Must be something in the handleSocketData methode.
May be its int to uint conversion.

Does the bits use their own API or the one I include within Flexbuilder?

I fixed the problem.

I dont know why, but i think the Problem was that i had the API Folder two times in my sourcepath.

One time in my Gamelibrary and one time in my Lobbyswf.
I deleted the folder in the Lobbyswf and now it works.
Strange both were excatly the same.

Thanks for your help.
