SmartFoxBits AS3

Postby Bax » 05 Oct 2008, 10:39

An update on the subject: The SmartFoxBits AS3 are under development and should be released in the next weeks. They have the same features of the AS2 components and are developed following the latest User Interface Component guidelines provided by Adobe with Flash CS3.

When the development of the basic set of components (Connector, LoginBox, ChatBox, RoomList and UserList) will be over, we would like to create a more advanced set, so your suggestions are welcome.
Which SmartFoxBits do you need? Post a reply here.
Thank you.

What about a Component that when moved/scaled/rotated...etc sync automatically those modifications in the other users in the room.

It would simplify so much the creation of avatar chats, virtual worlds...etc

the Component will have a property that links to the MovieClip that will appear inplace of it.

is it doable?

this is a huge component :D

I wanted to implement a bit smaller version, simply a SharedObject behaviour that is bound to a movieClip, also you can use the Component how ever you like, for example click and drag the component...etc
