SmartFox server and Windows 2003 Web Edition

Does that combo work?

My boss wonders if it is required to buy a Windows 2003 standard edition or web edition, if smartfox works on the web edition that would save a couple bucks.

I don't see particular problems using that version.
In case you're going to use a Microsoft database, like SQL Server, just make sure that the OS version supports it.

SFS has no problems running even on windows 98 ... even if we wouldn't reccomend it
