Hi,
can you give us more details about those many issues?
What errors do you get exactly? What Visual Studio version are you using to compile?

Thanks
Lapo

Thank Lapo for quick answer my question,

I'm using Smartfoxserver 2.8.x and C++ API 0.9.6

My issues:
1. First, i'm build Boost which contain in Smartfox c++ api, but boost can't build for ARM platform
2. I Download boost 1.59, and build with command: windows-api=phone, done
3. I open SmartfoxClient Solution with visual studio 2012, i change target project ZLib and SmarfoxClient to ARM, but when linking, this show error: LNK1112: module machine type 'X86' conflicts with target machine type 'ARM'. I dont understand,

Can you help me fix it?

Thanks,

Sorry for my bad english!

Hi,
I am investigating the updating to the latest Boost version in order to have an API built for Window Phone.
I am also verifying the behaviour of API in Window Phone environment.
I am sorry for the delay, but I need of some few days.
I hope to give you good news soon, please stay tuned

Thanks

Hi,
In these days I have done some test about the usability of API C++ in Windows Phone environment.
The results of these test, seem say that this is not a good path at the moment.
The main issue is that API C++ is based on Boost library and other minor components that are not ready today to be ported in Windows Phone.
It is my opinion that today we have two possibilities to write a Windows Phone game based on SmartFox API:
1) We can write the game in C# using API C# that are available for Windows Phone.
2) We can write the game in C++ using API C# that are available for Windows Phone. In this scenario you will need a C++/CLI adapter to bridge
the unmanaged C++ world with the managed C#, as also suggested in this post http://www.smartfoxserver.com/forums/viewtopic.php?f=34&t=17120
