Unable to send an A/V chat request:

Hi,
videochat examp started
i logged but when i click video "start" button i got
this error

Unable to send an A/V chat request: the connection to RED5 server could not be established on application startup
"

As the error says, the client is not able to reach your Red5 instance. Make sure it is up and running.

i installed sfs2x patch for redbox,
do i have to install another software?

The RedBox is not a patch, but an add-on.
You have to start Red5 manually, because SFS doesn't launch it automatically.

i ran red5.bat but same error client side

You possibly have ports blocked by a firewall, so that the client is not able to reach Red5 for connection.
By default Red5 uses port 1935.
