Hello Team,
We are facing reconnecting issue too many times in our game. Can you suggest any configuration in Smartfox Remote Administration tool that can resolve this problem? Is there any requirement of increase CCU licence in Smartfox Licence Administration tool as we have currently 50 CCU licence?
We have checked log in Smartfox Remote Administration tool and it will show "Validating Licence " message too many times. Please help us ASAP as we have already live our game on playstore.
Thanks,
Chirag

1) Can you better explain what you mean by "reconnection issue"?
2) About the license validation, again what does it mean "too many times"? If it's once every few minutes, then it is weird and we should investigate; if it is less than 10 times a day, that is normal and you don't have to worry about it.

Re: Reconnecting issue in our game
Hello Bax,
We are getting late response from smartfox when we send it from server to client.we are maintaining our own timer from client side and when our timer goes above predefined time like 15 seconds for waiting for sfs response from smartfox server then we will show as "Reconnecting" in our client side game.we are continuously sending response to client using " class ScheduleTask extends TimerTask " in java code for timers and sending timer trigger to client in interval of around 2 or 3 seconds. we have maintain predefined time around 15 seconds at client side . so that we can detect slow response of our game.can you please elaborate reason for slow response from smartfox server.we have already taken 100 CCU licence and we are not exceeding its limit.we have deployed smartfox server on jelastic server and in that also our configuration is high.please help us.
Regards,
Satish

Unless you're doing something strange in your server side code, the only explanation is very slow network connections.
Other than that I don't see any other possibilities.
To verify if this hypothesis is correct, try testing in you dev environment with a local network and you should never see the problem happen once.
